This week’s updates on SINSO’s products, community, and Testnet, as well as news about the Filecoin ecosystem.
PRODUCT
The distributed-cache Testnet of SINSO is running smoothly. The R&D team’s major task for this week was to ensure successful access and debugging of whitelist node users. Apart from that, the team optimized the capacity and transmission efficiency of Testnet Part 1, to make sure the Testnet operates in its best condition.
COMMUNITY
On Nov. 30th, the first station of SINSO’s global plan brought good news — SINSO AMA with India Community, co-hosted by SINSO and TWCP, India’s largest crypto community, ended successfully. This activity themed on the launch of SINSO Testnet Part 1, with over 1,500 participants and more than 300 interactive questions sent out in a hot discussion. TWCP is the most well-known promotional platform for cryptocurrency in India and it owns one of the largest communities to undertake airdrop activities in India.
Testnet
After SINSO Getway Distributed Cache Testnet went online, the whitelist application for and access to the cache nodes are proceeding vigorously. This week, we conducted a rigorous screening of over 1000 whitelist applicants. At present, a total of 52 whitelists were approved for the first batch and have been officially accessed to the Testnet. For more detailed progress, please stay tuned.
Filecoin Ecosystem
Recently, Protocol Labs announced the latest progress of the CDN for Retrieval Market, and available hot data is under active construction. The vision of the Filecoin Retrieval Market is to build the world’s best CDN through Web3.0 technology, for which the Filecoin official is fully prepared. More vendors will be encouraged to create a more decentralized retrieval Testnet on account that retrieval has lower demands than storage.
